The Coordinator of Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) in Anambra South Senatorial District, Prof. Joseph Ugboaja, has said Nigeria is on course for greatness under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, calling for intensified grassroots support to sustain the administration’s reforms.
Ugboaja made the assertion on Saturday during the inauguration of the RHA Orumba North Local Government Area chapter held in Oko community, Anambra State.
He acknowledged prevailing socio-economic challenges but maintained that the country was making steady progress across critical sectors, including infrastructure, economy, health, and education.
According to him, the Federal Government has undertaken bold economic reforms alongside widespread road construction and rehabilitation projects aimed at improving national connectivity and productivity.
The RHA coordinator, who also serves as Chief Medical Director of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi, pointed to improvements in the health sector, particularly infrastructure upgrades and manpower development at the facility.
Ugboaja further highlighted the impact of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), describing it as a strategic intervention providing interest-free loans to support students’ access to higher education.
“The President has set a pace that is putting Nigeria in the right direction for economic and social emancipation,” he said.
“The journey to Nigeria’s greatness may be daunting, but there are clear indications that the country is on course.”
He charged the newly inaugurated executives to mobilise support at the grassroots and promote the administration’s policies, assuring them of necessary backing to achieve their mandate.

Also speaking, the RHA Coordinator in Orumba North, Chief Handel Okoli, listed what he described as key achievements of the Tinubu administration.
Okoli added that ongoing developments in Anambra, particularly in Orumba North and surrounding communities, were largely driven by Federal Government support to the state.
