Heads of Federal Government agencies appointed under the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu have begun mobilising support for his 2027 re-election bid, declaring that the administration’s performance and implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda would form the basis of their campaign.
The resolve was reached on Thursday at the maiden meeting of the Forum of PBAT CEOs in Abuja, where heads of government agencies pledged to strengthen collective leadership, inter-agency collaboration and public communication of the administration’s achievements.
Convener of the Forum and Director-General of the National Board for Technology Incubation, Dr. Kazeem Kolawole Raji, said the Tinubu administration had confronted long-standing structural challenges through what he described as bold and difficult reforms.
Speaking on the theme, “Strengthening Collective Leadership, Mobilisation and Support for the Re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Renewed Hope Agenda,” Raji identified the removal of fuel subsidy, foreign exchange reforms, fiscal and tax reforms, power-sector reforms, infrastructure development and investment attraction as key policy interventions of the administration.
“One good term deserves another. Nigeria has embarked on a difficult reform journey. The gains of reform require time, consistency and continuity to mature fully,” he said.
Raji charged the chief executives to take ownership of the administration’s achievements by delivering measurable results, documenting their impact and effectively communicating them to Nigerians.
According to him, government agencies must demonstrate how their programmes and policies have created jobs, supported entrepreneurs, attracted investments, improved infrastructure and expanded opportunities for young people, women and other segments of society.
He said the Forum was also established to promote unity among chief executives, deepen inter-agency collaboration and reduce duplication in the implementation of government programmes.
On political mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general election, Raji urged members to leverage their professional and grassroots networks while ensuring that all engagements remained lawful, peaceful, ethical and issue-based.
“Our responsibility is not to compel anyone. It is to inform, engage, persuade through performance and present the facts about the progress being made,” he stated.

The NBTCI boss warned against propaganda and urged members of the Forum to promote the achievements of the Tinubu administration with verifiable facts, while maintaining the professionalism and integrity expected of public servants.
The Forum of PBAT CEOs comprises heads of Federal Government agencies appointed under the Tinubu administration and is expected to serve as a platform for coordination, collaboration and mobilisation in support of the Renewed Hope Agenda and the President’s re-election bid.
