Senator Abdul’Aziz Abubakar Yari, Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, has urged women leaders and supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to remain united and intensify mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Yari made the call while addressing APC women, stressing the need for unity, stronger mobilisation and collective action to advance the party’s political objectives.

The call was made at the one-day Women Stakeholders Mobilisation and Empowerment Pre-Inaugural Summit, convened by the First Lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, on Monday, October 5, 2027, at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre (BATICC), Abuja.

Yari acknowledged the leadership role being played by women across the party and urged them to remain committed to building a stronger political movement.
He said the APC leadership was doing its best to support women and other party members, stressing the importance of coordinated action and loyalty to the party.
According to him, the focus should be on building a united movement capable of delivering the desired political outcomes for the APC and its supporters.
He urged the women to work together and remain committed to the party, emphasising the importance of having “one vote, one movement, one choice.”
