The Lagos State Police Command has called on members of the public to assist in identifying a young girl who was found wandering along Capitol Road in the Agege area of Lagos.
According to available information, the girl was discovered by concerned individuals and subsequently taken to the Dopemu Police Station for her safety. However, efforts to ascertain her identity have so far been unsuccessful, as she is unable to recall her name, her parents’ names, or provide any contact details.
Police authorities say the girl had no phone or any form of identification on her at the time she was found, raising concerns about her welfare and the circumstances surrounding her situation.
The command is urging anyone who may recognize the child or have relevant information about her family to visit the Dopemu Police Station or contact the authorities via 09025621914.
