President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to formally receive the All Progressives Congress (APC) certificate of return and the party’s flag as its presidential candidate for the 2027 general elections.
The presentation, scheduled for Sunday, will take place at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja, following the nationwide collation of results from the party’s presidential primary election.
According to party officials, the APC Presidential Primary Elections Committee will officially hand over the certificate and flag, marking Tinubu’s emergence as the party’s flagbearer for the upcoming election cycle.
