Born on February 18, 1983, in Adamawa State, Chiroma has built a reputation for managing complex enterprises with precision and foresight. At Binani Global Air Services, she is driving efforts to position the airline as a strong contender in Nigeria’s aviation industry, while expanding its presence across key domestic and regional routes.
Her leadership is defined by a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and strategic partnerships. She prioritises strict adherence to aviation regulations while championing initiatives that enhance customer experience and boost corporate performance. Under her guidance, the airline continues to consolidate its standing within Nigeria and the wider African aviation market.
Beyond aviation, Chiroma plays a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of the Abuja-based Binani Group of Companies, a diversified conglomerate with interests spanning printing, construction, oil and gas, and commodity trading. Since her appointment as Group Managing Director in 2011 and subsequent elevation to Group President, she has led a steady expansion of the group’s portfolio, building a resilient structure capable of navigating shifting economic landscapes.
Her professional journey began in the United Kingdom, where she served as Executive Director at Binatech System Limited from 2009 to 2011. During this period, she honed her expertise in business strategy, stakeholder relations, and operational management—skills that have become central to her leadership success in Nigeria.
Chiroma’s academic background reflects a multidisciplinary approach to leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with Business Studies from the University of East London, alongside postgraduate qualifications from the University of Greenwich and Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. In 2025, she earned a Master of Business Administration in Oil and Gas Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of London, further strengthening her expertise in corporate governance and legal frameworks.
In addition to her corporate accomplishments, Chiroma is deeply committed to philanthropy through the Aminatu Goje Foundation. The foundation focuses on empowering women, supporting vulnerable children, and advancing maternal health.
