The Institute of Change Management (ICM) has announced the programme for its maiden Annual Conference, set to bring together leading voices in business, technology, and human capital development.
Scheduled for September 25–26, 2025, at NECA Hall, CBD, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos, the two-day conference will be headlined by Leo Stan Ekeh, founder of Zinox Technologies Limited and Chairman of Konga.com, who will deliver the keynote address.
With the theme “Navigating to the Future: Synchronising People, Processes and Technology for the Next Era of Change,” the conference will spotlight how organisations can leverage digital transformation, organisational agility, and inclusive practices to remain competitive in a fast-changing world.
A distinguished line-up of panelists will join the discussions, including Steve Ighorimoto, immediate past Managing Director of Distel Wines and Spirits; Adenrele Onikosi, MD/CEO of Conegelics Consulting International Ltd.; Christabel Onyejekwe, Board Chair of Africa Prudential Plc; Yemi Ajayi, HR Lead for SYNLAB Emerging Markets; Ijeoma Onyenobi, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Nigeria LNG; Akinola Akinwole, CHRO at Pan Ocean Oil Corporation; Folorunso Aliu, Group CIO of Dangote Industries Limited; Unwana Esang, VP and Principal Consultant for Services Business Development, West Africa at Mastercard; Morolayo Igeleke, Country Business Manager, UPS Nigeria; Dr. Obiageli Nwobi; and Uche Lotanna-Anajemba, Senior Manager, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion at Seplat Plc.
Sub-themes such as “The Role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in Organisational Transformation” will also feature prominently in the conversations.

According to the ICM, the conference is designed for business leaders, change and HR practitioners, finance experts, tech innovators, and policymakers seeking to “connect, learn and lead change.”
The Institute of Change Management was founded to support organisations, institutions, individuals, and government establishments in navigating the complex challenges of managing change in a rapidly evolving environment.
