The Institute of Change Management (ICM) has announced that leading business executives and transformation experts, including Sahara Group Managing Director, Mr Kola Adesina, will headline its 2026 Annual Conference aimed at accelerating personal growth and business excellence through effective change management.
The two-day conference, scheduled for September 3 and 4 at NECA House, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos, will focus on the theme: “Unleashing Change: Accelerating Impact — Harnessing Transformation for Personal Growth and Business Excellence.”
Adesina will deliver the keynote address, setting the tone for discussions on leadership, innovation, organisational transformation and strategies for helping individuals and businesses thrive amid rapid change.
Other confirmed speakers and panellists include the Managing Director of Africa Prudential Plc, Dr Catherine Nwosu; immediate past President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Barrister Samuel Olushola Agbeluyi; Managing Director of Jeme Technologies, Mr Jeremiah Okoh; and Director of Financial Services at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Dr Odunayo Ani.
Also expected at the conference are the Director of the Presidential Committee on Economic and Financial Inclusion, Mr Oluseye Olutimayin; Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Nigeria LNG Limited, Mrs Ijeoma Onyenobi; and Manager, Corporate Transformation Advisory at NLNG, Mr Edidiong Ekwere.
The conference will bring together industry leaders, transformation experts, human resources professionals, business executives and policymakers from the public and private sectors to examine practical approaches to driving change and achieving sustainable organisational growth.
Participants will explore how leaders and organisations can move beyond awareness to action, build ownership of change initiatives, overcome resistance and translate transformation strategies into measurable results.
The organisers said discussions would draw from real-world case studies and practical experiences across change management, leadership, organisational culture, business excellence, diversity and inclusion, innovation, digital transformation and workforce evolution.
Participants are also expected to gain practical frameworks and tools for leading change, strengthening organisational resilience, accelerating personal growth and positioning their businesses for sustainable success.
