A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and member representing Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency, Hon. Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka, has said the high level of organisation and orderliness at the party’s 8th National Convention reflects its readiness to deliver on promises to Nigerians.
Isiaka made the remark as party leaders and stakeholders gathered in Abuja for the convention, describing the atmosphere as calm, coordinated, and indicative of a successful outing.
According to him, the seamless arrangements at the venue, ranging from logistics to seating, demonstrate the APC’s strong capacity for planning and execution.
Drawing on a Yoruba adage, he said, “By Saturday, you will know how Sunday will be,” noting that the conduct of delegates and the general ambience suggest a positive outcome.
He stressed that the theme of the convention, Delivering More for Nigerians, underscores the party’s commitment to prioritising national interest above personal considerations.
Isiaka added that the APC remains focused on promoting unity, inclusiveness, and good governance, while strengthening its internal democratic processes.

He also called on opposition parties to play constructive roles in Nigeria’s democracy, urging them to embrace peace and avoid actions capable of undermining national stability.
The convention attracted key figures, including President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, governors, lawmakers, and delegates from across the country, as the party seeks to consolidate its position and define its future direction.
