LISBON– Nigeria’s Ambassador-Designate to Portugal, Erelu Angela Adebayo, has pledged to strengthen bilateral relations between Nigeria and Portugal as she assumes duty in Lisbon.
Adebayo arrived in Lisbon with her spouse, Richard Adeniyi Adebayo, and was received by Dr Luis dos Santos, a representative of the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, alongside officers from the Nigerian Embassy in Portugal led by Mr Haruna Musa, and representatives of the Nigerian community in Portugal.

The Nigerian envoy thanked her hosts and the Nigerian community for the warm reception and reaffirmed her commitment to deepening cooperation between both countries during her tour of duty.
