RATTAWU Reaffirms Support for NAN Vision During Visit to Lagos Office Head

The executive members of the Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers’ Union of Nigeria (RATTAWU), News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) Chapter, on Wednesday paid a courtesy visit to the Managing Editor and Head of Lagos Operations, Mrs Ifeyinwa Omowole Hadiza.

The visit, which took place on April 1, 2026, was aimed at strengthening the relationship between the union and management, as well as reaffirming the union’s support for the vision and goals of the agency.

Speaking during the meeting, the RATTAWU executives emphasised the importance of sustained collaboration and mutual understanding in advancing the agency’s mandate and enhancing staff welfare.

Discussions also centred on the progress made by the agency, prevailing challenges, and practical strategies to drive improvement, efficiency, and growth.

In her response, Omowole expressed appreciation for the visit, noting that such engagements were vital in promoting unity and fostering a conducive working environment.

She reaffirmed management’s commitment to strengthening cooperation across all departments, while encouraging continuous dialogue to address emerging issues.
