The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Industry and Senator representing Osun East Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi, OFR, has extended warm Eid-el-Kabir greetings to Muslims across Nigeria, especially in Osun East.
In a statement personally signed and released on Friday from Ilase-Ijesa, Senator Fadahunsi called on Muslims to use the sacred occasion to pray fervently for peace, unity, and progress in Osun State and the nation at large, with particular focus on national leaders.
Highlighting the symbolic essence of Eid-el-Kabir, the Ijesa-born lawmaker urged the faithful to embrace the spirit of sacrifice, which he described as a core value of the celebration and a necessary ingredient for national development.
“This period calls for a renewed commitment to the worship of Allah (SWT), and to acts of selflessness that promote unity and progress,” Fadahunsi said.
