Dabiri-Erewa Celebrates Gozy Ijogun as Task Systems Ltd Wins Microsoft 2025 Partner of the Year Award in the U.S.

Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), has applauded Mrs. Gozy Ijogun, Founder and CEO of Task Systems Ltd, after the Nigerian-owned technology company clinched the prestigious 2025 Microsoft Partner of the Year Award in the United States.
In a statement e-signed by NiDCOM’s Director of Media, Public Relations and Protocols, Mr. Abdur-Rahman Balogun, Dabiri-Erewa described the feat as a landmark global achievement and a reaffirmation of Nigeria’s rising influence in the global tech ecosystem.
“Mrs. Gozy Ijogun and Task Systems have made Nigeria proud once again. Winning a Microsoft Partner of the Year Award on American soil is a powerful testament to Nigerian brilliance, entrepreneurial spirit, and global competitiveness,” the NiDCOM boss said.
She added that the recognition was “a huge victory for our nation and an inspiration to millions of young Nigerians in the tech space,” noting that accomplishments of this scale help reshape global perceptions about Nigeria’s capabilities.
Dabiri-Erewa further hailed Ijogun as a “shining ambassador of our country,” highlighting her strong academic roots in Nigeria. Ijogun, an alumna of Loyola Jesuit College, Abuja, later graduated with First Class Honours in Computer Science from University College London before advancing through elite global executive programs.
