Honorable Abdulmalik Zubairu, also known as Zannan Bungudu, is a member representing the good people of Maru/Bungudu Federal Constituency of Zamfara State, at the House of Representatives, under the All Progressives Congress Party (APC). He is currently the Deputy Chairman House Committee on National Agency for Science and Engineering (NASENI), while also participating in several other committees at the National Assembly, Abuja.
The Lawmaker is a title holder Zannan Bungudu which was bestowed on him by the Zamfara state council of chiefs, he is also a prominent ally of Senator Abdul’Aziz Abubakar Yari, a key political figure of APC in Zamfara State , and regarded as a powerhouse in the political space in the state .
Senator Yari’s mentorship has significantly influenced Zannan Bungudu’s rise to prominence politically in Zamfara as well made him a strong and popular politician at the grassroots level within his constituency.
As a legislator, Zannan Bungudu has distinguished himself by working tirelessly to alleviate poverty in the face of significant insecurity challenges to the people of his constituency, and his commitment has evidently proven positive of his accessibility and willingness to listen to their needs.
Zannan Bungudu has reiterated that addressing the insecurity challenges plaguing his constituency is his top most priority, as such his asterisk to that determination is to find lasting solutions that is underway .
Zannan Bungudu is also known for his intelligence and resilience, leveraging on his extensive political and business competence that has given effective representation to his people at the National Assembly.
The lawmakers philanthropic gesture is well-documented, as such, he supported law students financially from his constituents in Lagos and other camps , while organising vocational training for youths at home.
Zannan Bungudu’s leadership is characterized by hard work, integrity, and commitment to inclusivity. His approach fosters collaboration and value perspectives from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that his legislative agenda aligns with the broader interests of his constituents.
