NASS to Commission Ultra-Modern Newsroom to Boost Institutional Communication

The National Assembly Directorate of Research and Information has announced plans to officially commission its newly constructed ultra-modern newsroom as part of efforts to strengthen institutional communication and information management.
In a statement signed by Ali B. Umoru, PhD, Secretary of the Research and Information Directorate, the Directorate formally invited stakeholders and members of the media to the commissioning ceremony scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 12:00 noon prompt.
According to the statement, the facility will be commissioned by the Clerk to the National Assembly at the New Ultra-Modern News Room, Room 1.310, Annex I, Third Floor, National Assembly Complex, Abuja.
The Directorate described the project as a significant milestone in advancing the National Assembly’s communication infrastructure, aimed at enhancing information dissemination, media engagement and public access to legislative activities.
