Anambra Group Launches Grassroots Structure for Tinubu’s 2027 Re-election Drive

The Anambra State chapter of the Renewed Hope Agenda (RHA) has inaugurated a statewide grassroots mobilisation structure aimed at securing the re-election of President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.

The group on Wednesday in Awka unveiled three zonal coordinators and 21 Local Government Area (LGA) coordinators, tasking them with driving voter engagement and consolidating support for the Tinubu administration across the state.

Speaking at the inauguration, the State Coordinator of RHA, Mr Okey Ezenwa, said the coordinators, designated as Renewed Hope Ambassadors, would be responsible for advancing and communicating the policies, achievements and objectives of President Tinubu’s government in line with the All Progressives Congress (APC) manifesto.

Ezenwa said the initiative was designed to deepen grassroots engagement by taking government policies and programmes directly to households and communities across Anambra State.

According to him, the mission of the RHA in the state is to promote constructive political engagement through effective policy communication, celebration of governance achievements and clear articulation of the President’s long-term development agenda for Nigeria.

He urged the coordinators to conduct their assignments with integrity, transparency, accountability and humility, stressing that credibility at the community level would be critical to the success of the mobilisation effort.

Ezenwa explained that the zonal coordinators would oversee and evaluate reports from the LGA coordinators, clarify policy intentions and demonstrate how federal government programmes translate into improved living standards for citizens.

He added that LGA coordinators would function as on-the-ground ambassadors, engaging directly with communities, addressing local concerns and building partnerships with relevant stakeholders.

The RHA state coordinator further charged the appointees to communicate government policies in clear and accessible language, organise town hall meetings and highlight achievements in critical sectors, including security, the economy, health, education and social welfare.

Responding on behalf of the coordinators, the Anaocha LGA Coordinator, Mr Sylvester Okeke, expressed appreciation to President Tinubu and the Director-General of the Renewed Hope Agenda, Senator Hope Uzodinma, for the opportunity to serve.

Okeke pledged that the coordinators would work diligently at the ward and community levels to mobilise support and deliver Anambra State for the APC in the 2027 presidential election.
