Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, The Guard Time Information, a dedicated human rights organization, has successfully concluded its Nationwide Human Rights Activists Training Programme. This initiative, conducted in collaboration with key governmental bodies, marks a significant milestone in strengthening human rights advocacy across Nigeria.
The training programme was carried out in partnership with:
National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) – Headquarters in Abuja FCT and all state offices nationwide.
Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy – Assisting with publicity and awareness campaigns.
Federal Ministry of Women Affairs – Focused on combating abuse, molestation, rape, and violence against women and female children.
The Nationwide Human Rights Activists Training Programme is designed to:
Enhance human rights awareness and education across Nigeria.
Empower activists with the skills and resources to protect and promote citizens’ rights.
Foster collaborations with key government agencies, including the Nigerian Police Force, to ensure the enforcement of human rights laws.
Guard Time Information remains committed to working with:
Security Agencies – Strengthening enforcement mechanisms.
NAPTIP and SARC – Supporting efforts against human trafficking and sexual violence.
Schools and Educational Institutions – Promoting human rights education.
Other Governmental & Non-Governmental Bodies – Expanding advocacy and legal support.
Mr. (Comdr) Bibi Oduku, CEO/Chairman of Guard Time Information, urges President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to prioritize citizens’ welfare and security. He emphasizes the need to harness Nigeria’s talented youth in various fields to drive meaningful change.
Legal and Investigative Teams Nationwide
Guard Time Information currently has 50 active legal practitioners, with new professionals joining daily, including investigative journalists and correspondents.

State coordinators are actively working nationwide to bring human rights violators to justice, with the Nigerian Police Force Headquarters, Abuja, playing a key role in recent apprehensions.
