Donald’s Fast Food Reopen, Pledges to Adhere to LASEPA Environmental Laws

The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency has lifted the seal on Donald’s Fast Food (De-Angels Night Club), a restaurant in Lekki owned by nightlife entrepreneur, Cubana Chief Priest.

According to report, it was recalls that LASEPA had closed the establishment due to repeated complaints of noise pollution and other environmental violations.

In a statement on Tuesday, Commissioner for the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, announced that the restaurant’s owner has signed an agreement to adhere to the state’s environmental regulations.

Wahab reiterated: “Following the seal-up of Donald’s Fast Food (De-Angels Night Club) in accordance with the Lagos State Environmental Management and Protection Law 2017, Part VI Section 177 by the Lagos State government, the business proprietor has signed an undertaking to adhere to the environmental laws of the State, pledging to maintain the authorized fast food business enterprise as opposed to utilizing the facility for any form of clubbing or revelry as it is a residential area and state laws prohibit it.

“As a result, the Fast Food facility has been directed to be unsealed.

“The Lagos State government continues to demonstrate its dedication to ensuring a secure environment for all Lagosians.”
