It is our collective responsibility to take bold and decisive action to combat Climate Change, protect biodiversity, and ensure sustainable development for all, says Minister of Environment Malam Balarabe Abbas Lawal.
He further reiterated working together, across borders and boundaries, to build a greener, more resilient world for the society and for the future generations to come. “The time for action is now. Together, let’s make a difference!”
The minister made the statement recently at the UNFF19 Conference at the UN HQ alongside His Excellency Governor Babagana U Zulum of Borno state and His Excellency Governor Dauda Dare Lawal of Zamfara state, as representatives of Nigeria.
Malam Balarabe further emphasized on collaboration, “we are committed to addressing environmental challenges and promoting sustainable development.”
