The Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau I. Jibrin, CFR, has extended warm congratulations to the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio, GCON, on the occasion of his 62nd birthday.
In a statement signed and released by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ismail Mudashir, Senator Barau hailed Senator Akpabio as a distinguished and patriotic leader who has made significant contributions to Nigeria’s development.
Born on December 9, 1962, Senator Akpabio will mark his 62nd birthday on Monday, December 9, 2024.
Senator Barau commended the Senate President for his instrumental role in advancing the legislative arm and fostering national progress. He also praised Senator Akpabio’s leadership in ensuring strong collaboration between the 10th Senate and the executive branch for the benefit of the nation.
