MAKURDI – Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, has called for stronger collaboration between the media teams of Governor Hyacinth Alia and the Presidency to effectively communicate and amplify the developmental strides of the All Progressives Congress (APC), led administration.
Onanuga made the appeal during an interactive session with the Benue State Governor’s media team in Makurdi, where the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Sir Tersoo Kula, presented a detailed report of the administration’s projects and achievements.
The presentation highlighted Governor Alia’s interventions in critical sectors, including road construction and rehabilitation, agriculture, healthcare, education, ICT, industrialization, humanitarian services, and human capital development.
Describing the accomplishments as evidence of “a focused and deliberate approach to governance,” Onanuga said he was impressed by the progress recorded in just two years.
He attributed much of the success to Governor Alia’s prudent management of state revenues and the positive impact of President Tinubu’s economic reforms.

“Governor Alia has demonstrated a deep understanding of the needs of his people and has shown remarkable commitment to addressing them. President Tinubu is particularly impressed with APC governors who are delivering tangible results,” Onanuga said.
The presidential aide stressed the importance of harmonizing communication strategies across APC-controlled states, noting that effective media collaboration is vital to keeping Nigerians informed about government policies, reforms, and achievements.
